Ingredients
2 glasses cooked lentils
2 courgettes, cooked
1 glass strained yogurt
2 tablespoons Dried dill and mint
1 cup powdered walnuts
Salt and black pepper for seasoning
Procedure
Put the cooked lentils, finely chopped courgettes, dried mint and dill. Season to taste with salt and hot pepper and mix the ingredients well. It is ready! Can you believe it? Transfer to a serving dish topped with Strained yogurt, powdered walnuts and dried mint and dill. Serve with fresh Persian bread. Bon Appetit!
Note,
If desired, you can add 2 grated garlic cloves to the mixture as well.
